The form — Wix build

Build with the Wix Forms app (or the native Form element). Make ONE form with conditional fields, or three short forms swapped by the segmented tabs — Forms supports both. Tabs = a small button group that shows/hides field groups via "Conditions."

Required: Name + Email. "Request an Estimate" routes the submission email tagged [ESTIMATE] — and the Commercial / Corporate page buttons land here with the right arm pre-selected ("Tell Us About Your Production" / "Your Event"). "Tour the Facility" connects to Wix Bookings so the date/time picker writes to your calendar; "General" is a plain message.

Style: inputs on #111110, 1px Linen-14% border, Brick border on focus. Labels Sweet Sans caps. Submit button solid Brick. Add a confirmation lightbox + an autoresponder.
